The room I booked was brand-new and air-conditioned with balcony, large bathroom and separate shower.

Top quality and really tasty breakfast, fairly clean and pleasant hotel. Fairly quiet and elegant room with a kettle and nice wooden floor, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Garden view, courteous and enthusiastic employees from check-in to assistance from staff to great gluten-free options for breakfast to check-out.

Would stay here again as it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay for our Vienna vacation. Tidy hotel, abundant and absolutely superb breakfast, the location is excellent just next door to all the main attractions as well as plenty train / underground stations.

Location: the hotel was near the center of the city, Stephansplatz, Vienna's shopping heart with lots of malls and places of interest, and restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were courteous and knew their area.

It was in an incredible and stunning location very close to Schubertturm. The breakfast was incredible and marvellous with delicious coffee and meats and cheese all nicely presented in light and the ambiance was family.

Absolutely perfect location close to an underground station, easy to get around. Very comfortable area with restaurants and eateries close to the hotel. Nicely furnished and air conditioned rooms, pleasant views of the garden.

We had a wonderful experience at Spiess & Spiess. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and upgraded to a superior double room. The room itself was clean, tidy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, with a wide range of organic options. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the nearest underground station. The staff we encountered were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the free sauna area for some relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and convenient location.

A wide array of high quality food at breakfast time. Near a subway station and 20 minutes' walk to the downtown. Honestly no reason to complain...

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for such a cozy and well-appointed establishment. Secondly, their attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully decorated rooms with large comfy beds and garden views, to the presence of a charming fireplace that added a touch of warmth. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight, with delicious eggs and a selection of organic local products.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

Continental breakfast, large and airy room with seperate shower as well as indoor balcony. Location near to the busier, shops, cafes and restaurants and the underground tube station. For tea or coffee visit Strock Feierabend nearby.
